About this campaign :
We’re building a network of Help Desk professionals for anticipated future opportunities with our clients within Ottawa. This is not a posting for a specific position. By joining our talent network, you’ll be considered for upcoming roles that may include Help Desk, Service Desk, and Equipment Technician duties.
What we’re looking for :
- More than 5years working on site as a Help Desk professional.
- 2 years of experience with the following technologies : Office suite, Outlook, ITSM tools, Active Directory, Technical Support (set up, troubleshooting, etc.), Network protocols and concepts.
- Experience providing various levels of IM / IT services to clients via telephone, Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools, and / or email.
- Some future opportunities may require candidates to obtain or hold a valid Government of Canada secret security clearance. If you already have clearance, please indicate this in your application.
