Job descriptionAnalyze current business processes in production, material planning, supply chain, and quality control to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Recommend and implement process optimizations, ensuring the ERP solution is aligned with the organization's global operational strategy. Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, IT, and finance) to ensure smooth deployment and integration of D365 F&O. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with key stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions. Develop and deliver user training materials and sessions to ensure effective adoption of the new ERP system. Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides. Assist in data migration, ensuring accurate data mapping and validation from legacy systems to D365 F&O. Collaborate with the reporting team to design custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into production, planning, and quality metrics. Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and ensure that the modules meet business requirements. Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes within the ERP system. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Production and Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects, with a focus on Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Strong experience in the Production, MRP, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Quality Control modules within D365 F&O. Proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects in production environments. ln-depth knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O, including hands-on configuration and optimization. Experience with data migration, system integration, and process automation within D365 F&O. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus. English mandatory and French nice to have Analytical and solution-oriented mindset. Team collaboration and teamwork skills. Autonomy and rigor in managing priorities. On behalf of our client in the Pharmacy sector, Astek Canada is seeking a motivated Business Analyst - Production (Microsoft D365 F&O ERP Global Deployment) ready to take on new challenges.
Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to join our team for a global ERP deployment project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and optimization of D365 F&O, focusing on the Production, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Quality Control modules.
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the ERP solution meets the company's operational needs and global standards. Your expertise in production will help streamline our operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
As a Business Analyst - Production, you will be responsible for :
ERP lmplementation & Configuration :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including configuration and design for module integration.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics ERP to enhance business processes while resolving complex situations and handling operational escalations.
- Support the global deployment of Microsoft D365 F&O, with a focus on Production, MRP, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, and Quality Control modules.
- Support configuration of D365 F&O modules in line with global best practices, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business needs.
