Summary
The Deployment Specialist is responsible for outsourcing graphics utilizing an established network of outsource partners and assisting the Operations team with pre-show planning. Drives quality control standards for graphic production and confirms partners are following established procedures. Primary point of contact between the Freeman team and third party partners, ensuring all teams are aligned.
This position will support our Operations team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and / or show site based out of Toronto.
- Outsourcing graphic production needs to appropriate outsource partners
- Primary point of contact for outsource partners and Freeman event support team
- Travel to show site when scheduled for supporting graphic needs
- Works closely with Freeman team from planning through show close
- Drives quality control with outsource partners to ensure deliverables meet GPO details
- Oversight of graphic invoicing verifying accuracy with services rendered
- Assist with Event Inventory System, pre-show planning, carpet outsourcing, floor plan printing for the Operations team
- Performs other duties as assigned
