Sales Representative - York & Durham Region, Ontario
At WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, we provide rewarding local employment opportunities where you’ll gain skills while WOWing customers through exceptional service.
We’re looking for an outgoing, customer-service oriented sales professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll be out in the local area, meeting with different potential customers each day. These customers have requested our service. That’s right - they’ve reached out to us with interest in using WOW 1 DAY PAINTING. You will conduct site visits, greet them with a smile, discuss their painting project, provide accurate estimates and communicate the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, and book the work in our schedules. Your role is to convert these opportunities into new sales and customers.
In addition to conducting estimates, you will also network with and prospect new potential customers. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness and the unique features and benefits of the services and programs offered.
About you :
- You have 2+ years of sales experience; preferably delivering services to residential and / or commercial customers in the painting, construction / renovation industry or other home service industry
- You have a passion for success & track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- You’re a strong communicator – able to sell the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING
You’re a good listener, able to understand the needs of the customer
We provide complete training on the customer experience and you will be provided with the technology and estimating tools needed to do a great job.
