Job description
Randstad Canada is hiring for a Material Handler in the Milton Ontario area for one of our leading clients in the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing industry.

The material handler will be responsible to process inbound, outbound and internal material for Eaton’s Satellite, Customer and site orders.
In this position you will receive and inspect all incoming materials for warehouse and Work-in-Process (WIP) while maintaining Eaton’s WIP database. In addition, the material handler will pack, weigh and load trucks for all outbound materials. You will maintain balances and on-hand accuracy for the warehouse.
The location is on Industrial Road, Milton Ontario.

This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime.

Starting wage is $23-$25/hr.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-12:00am

Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify inbound material for condition, quantity, and correctness.
- Accurately pick and process outbound orders.
- Move and pick up material from other departments.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
- Complete inventory cycle counts.
- Complete replenishment tasks.
- Assist with error investigation and resolution related to inventory and receiving errors.
- Use computer programs for information and database updates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must have a valid lift truck license with experience in the following
- Counter balance
- Order picker with fall arrest
- Reach truck
