Job description

Real Estate Webmasters (REW) is looking for a core values focused SaaS Hunter to drive new growth for our industry leading platform. In this role, we remove the distractions. Your focus is prospecting, demoing, and closing, and doing it in a way that sets every new client up for an exceptional first experience with REW.

The Mission

  • Own the Outbound: Execute 60+ high quality outbound touches daily (300+ weekly touches on the scorecard) via phone, social, and email to fuel your pipeline.
  • Master the Demo: Conduct 10+ high impact presentations per week, translating REW features into business value for real estate teams.
  • Close with Care: Navigate objections, manage the contract process, and champion a warm, thorough handoff to our Account Management team — because how a client starts with REW shapes everything that follows. You're the architect of that first impression.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $60,000 CAD
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 CAD (Uncapped Commission)

Location: In-Office in downtown Nanaimo, BC. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
