Job Title: Data Entry Operator –Bilingual
Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite)
Duration: + Months

Daily Responsibilities:

Handling and preparing mailouts, Batching and scanning of documents.
Operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve and edit data.
Key in paper documents using templates at required speed and accuracy level UPS).
Cross train in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice).
Calling clients and sending emails, Carts, Generics, Cheque Verification.
Work under minimum supervision.

Must Have Skills:

+ years related experience required
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
Needs to be Bilingual
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
Ability to enter data + key strokes per hour
Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test
