SALARY - Starting at $65,000 per year, with Health and Dental Benefits
FULL-TIME HOURS: - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with rotating weekends (on call)

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?The Human Resources Business Partner exemplifies our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. The purpose of this role is to act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on HR matters. This includes setting performance expectations, driving organizational change, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, and promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and safety.
- Building strong relationships with leaders and teams to understand operational needs, align HR strategies with business objectives, and provide trusted advice on a wide range of HR matters.
- Managing sensitive and confidential employee relations issues, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, absence management, and disciplinary actions, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Supporting the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives, collaborating with HR teams on policies, processes, and improvements that enhance employee experience.
- Delivering, facilitating, and developing training programs and communications that support compliance, professional development, and employee engagement.
- Overseeing HRIS data management throughout the employee lifecycle and utilize HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting the planning, communication, and execution of business unit strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices, ensuring the company’s policies and practices are compliant.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources including advising on employee relation matters
- Previous experience in HRIS systems (Workday an asset)
- Sound knowledge of employment/labour laws (Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act) required
- HR designation (CHRP/CHRL) or in progress preferred
- Experience developing and facilitating training preferred
