Adjoint à la Gestion Immobilière
À propos du rôle
En tant qu'adjoint à la gestion immobilière, vous serez responsable d'assister le gestionnaire dans diverses tâches administratives et opérationnelles. Vous serez chargé de soutenir les gestionnaires immobiliers dans la gestion quotidienne des biens, des locataires et des contrats.
Responsabilités
- Assister les gestionnaires immobiliers dans la coordination des activités quotidiennes liées à la propriété.
- Gérer la communication et les demandes avec les locataires, fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
- Préparer et mettre à jour la documentation liée à la location et à la gestion des biens.
- Aider à la coordination des réparations et de l'entretien des propriétés.
- Suivre et mettre à jour les dossiers des locataires et des contrats de location.
- Participer à l'organisation des visites de propriétés pour les locataires potentiels et inspections des unités vacants.
- Accueillir les locataires, les visiteurs et les fournisseurs de service à l’immeuble.
- Assurer la bonne opération du comptoir de la réception.
- Diplôme d'études collégiales en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience préalable dans l'administration immobilière est un atout.
- Certification professionnelle en gestion immobilière est un plus.
