Job description

Are you an experienced logistics professional seeking a dynamic day-shift opportunity in the heart of Burlington, Ontario? Randstad is actively recruiting for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join an industry-leading manufacturing facility specializing in the aerospace sector. In this crucial role, you will oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain rigorous inventory control, and ensure that high-precision aerospace components are handled, packaged, and dispatched in compliance with strict quality standards. Working within the manufacturing and logistics sector, the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator serves as a vital bridge between production teams, carriers, and international customers, ensuring seamless supply chain operations from start to finish.

As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in aerospace manufacturing, accuracy, compliance, and timely execution are paramount. Operating on a stable day-shift schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), you will be responsible for preparing customs paperwork, coordinating domestic and international freight, inspecting inbound materials for damage or non-conformance, and maintaining precise inventory logs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety, organization, and attention to detail drive daily success, this Shipping and Receiving Coordinator position in Burlington, Ontario offers an exceptional environment to advance your career in manufacturing and logistics.

To excel as a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in an aerospace environment, strong communication skills and basic language adaptability are essential. While daily operations are conducted primarily in English, interacting with international freight forwarders, global suppliers, and cross-border customs agents requires clear verbal and written communication. Proficiency in English is required to navigate complex customs documentation, safety regulations, and specialized aerospace certification specifications.
