Effectively.Our vision is to offer tomorrow's financial solutions today, with the aim of being the preferred alternative for personal financing and helping our customers adopt healthy financial habits.To achieve our mission and vision, we rely on 5 core values to guide our actions and behavior : respect, integrity, caring, innovation and excellence.Job purposeThe customer service agent's main responsibilities are to be the first point of telephone contact with the company's customers, and to perform a variety of related administrative and technical tasks.Duties and responsibilitiesTake incoming and outgoing customer calls;Receive and process customer e-mails;Forward credit facility applications to loan officers;Open files in the computer system;Check the content of customer financing applications (missing documents);Contact the customer to obtain the necessary documents for the facility request;Answer customer questions and document all information relevant to the case;Use various communication channels (call, e-mail) to deal with customers with overdue payments and overdue accounts;Handle calls / emails from customers requesting payment changes, postponements, etc.Listen actively and determine the action to be taken;Carry out any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or related to the position.Knowledge and skills requiredHigh school diploma;6 months' experience in a call center customer service role;Experience in an SME (asset);Ability to multi-task;Recognized for your efficiency, resourcefulness and organizational skills;Recognized for your positive attitude and ideas for improvement;Ability to adapt quickly and easily;Sense of customer service;Ability to quickly establish a climate of trust with customers;Recognized for your persuasive skills and ability to close a deal;Known as a team player;Ease of going above and beyond your team's needs;Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relations;Excellent technological skills.Bilingualism, both spoken and written.Does this job offer appeal to you?
