Job Description Summary

Job Title : CRM & Research (2Month Contract)

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented CRM & Research to support the build out of a custom CRM designed to enhance business development across Cushman & Wakefield. This short term role will play a key part in accelerating our data infrastructure improving lead generation and strengthening cross team collaboration. The ideal candidate is organized tech savvy and comfortable conducting online research and working with large datasets.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Enter stacking plans into CRM.

Verify tenant occupancy and update building information.

Research and identify decisionmakers.

Enter and maintain accurate information within CRM.

Assist with general CRM optimization tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Business Marketing Real Estate Data Management or a related field.

Strong research skills and comfort navigating online business directories and professional platforms.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

Strong written communication skills.

Interest in commercial real estate data management or business development is an asset.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is : $18.70 - $22.00 CAD Hourly
