As our Controller, you would be team-focused and share our vision and growth strategy. Ideally, you have an accounting designation or are nearing completion. Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills are required.

Your role is to support our growth strategy, by managing the finance team, to assist the CFO in preparing financial statements and completing all associated income statement and balance sheet account reconciliations.

Key responsibilities for this position include :

• Leading and providing guidance to our finance team, including oversight of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing and Payroll
• Assist with Financial statement preparation and management reporting by completing monthly reconciliations
• Sales Commission calculation and reporting
• On-time submission and payment of all statutory filings (HST, Income Tax installments, Worker’s Comp, etc.)
• Year-end accountant coordination
• Supporting our CFO with financial analysis, dashboard reporting and other responsibilities as needed. Recommending changes to improve systems and financial performance
