Adecco is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team in Oshawa, ON. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $50,000 - $55,000 and provides an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to further develop their career in accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements, reports, and other accounting duties.

Job type : Permanent| Full-time Responsibilities :
Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls.
Preparing financial information for individuals, departments, or companies.
Preparing financial statements, audit findings, and supporting reports.
Making recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
Analyzing financial documents and reports.
Examining accounting records and ensuring proper internal control procedures are maintained.
Developing and maintaining cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures.
Providing financial, business, and tax advice to support decision-making and business strategy.
Conducting variance analysis to assess financial performance and recommend improvements.
Keeping financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Strong experience in financial statement preparation, auditing, and compliance.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
CA designation is required
