Adecco is actively seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our clients Durham area location, offering a competitive salary of $50,000-$55,000 per annum. As the pivotal leader of our restaurant, you'll oversee all operational aspects to ensure efficiency, maximize guest satisfaction, and drive profitability. Your responsibilities include managing inventory, controlling labor costs, enforcing compliance with policies and regulations, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. Job type : Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clean, welcoming surroundings.
Manage inventory, control labor costs, and implement financial reporting and analysis.
Enforce compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and employment laws.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance profitability and drive business growth.
Recruit, train, and retain talented team members; provide coaching and feedback for professional development.
Maintain restaurant facility and equipment through preventive maintenance in accordance with company standards.
Handle profit and loss management, including cash control and security procedures. Requirements :
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
High School Diploma or GED required; college education preferred
2-4 years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
