It’s Time Promotions is Alberta’s go-to for custom apparel, signage, and promotional products. With two busy locations and one brand new location opening, we help businesses, schools, and teams bring their brand to life.

What You’ll Do

As our Front Desk & Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact at your location. Think of yourself as the hub of the wheel, keeping things rolling smoothly by :

  • Answering phones and directing customer inquiries to the right sales rep
  • Greeting walk-in customers and helping with pick-ups, payments, or new orders (with the support of our sales team)
  • Taking initiative to make sure your location feels welcoming, organized, and on top of things
