The Role

Quality Control Coordinator

Location : Vancouver, Canada

Hours : 40 hours per week (Full-time)

What You'll Do

• Perform ingredient and supplier assessments and keep corresponding documentation up to date.
• Conduct self‑assessments to identify gaps with customer requirements and support closure of gaps.
• Execute and / or coordinate internal and / or external audits and initiate and monitor progress of corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Perform hygiene rounds and collaborate with production on hygiene, QC controls and 5S.
• Prepare quality performance reports, analyze results and advise on follow‑up.
• Define monitoring plans for incoming and manufactured goods and ensure correct execution.
• Support operations in in‑process controls, following organization guidelines and relevant standards.
• Analyze QC and quality data to identify trends, risks and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support local compliances, audits and regulations; prepare and execute inspections from authorities.
• Implement feed safety practices, including GMPs, HACCP and other relevant food safety programs.
