SUMMARY
The Production Operator is responsible for a variety of functions in the warehouse including fabricating material for orders, dealing with raw materials & finished goods, and utilizing machinery to transport those goods around the facility.
This individual will have a positive attitude and work well within a team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Work in a warehouse environment
- Work with raw materials
- Perform quality checks during each process
- Storing final products in proper locations
- Participate in good catch program for Safety
- Preparing materials for shipping
- Lifting of raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies
- Reporting any safety or quality concerns to their direct supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts
- Valid forklift certification
- Welding experience an added plus
- Maintenance experience is an added plus, will be considered for use as part time equipment mechanic

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. consistently
- Ability to load materials onto machines, inspect parts on the project, and remove finished products
