We're seeking a dynamic Admin Coordinator to join our client's team in Halifax on an on-call or contract basis.What We Offer:
  • Salary: $16.75 – $20, depending on assignment + 4% vacation pay
  • Job Type/Shift: Contract / On-Call
  • Weekly pay
What You'll Do:
  • Enter data
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Coordinate invoice routing and monitor payments to subcontractors and vendors
  • Enter and maintain client and prospect data in automated system
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist/office administrator role
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level
