Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and wants to help his or her teams grow.Your profile- DEC in operations management or other relevant field- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position- Experience in the manufacturing sector- Excellent level of French, good level of English- Knowledge of industrial environments, OHS, continuous improvement- Salary : $70k - $85k + bonus of 5% to 10% of annual salary every 6 months!Depending on experience, full insurance, company RRSP.- Permanent position 40h week - Monday to Friday - night shift (11pm - 7am).
