POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The welcoming Les Jardins du Couvent residence is currently looking for a Night Beneficiary Attendant. Located in Marieville, where the countryside and city amenities come together, we welcome about a hundred independent and semi-independent residents. Join our team now as a Beneficiary Attendant.

30 minutes from Montreal via Highway 10 E. 35 minutes from Granby via Highway 10 O.

APRPA TRAINING required.

Permanent full-time position, between 24 and 32 hours per week with the possibility of working more hours, at night from midnight to 8 a.m. and every other weekend.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethics
• Answering call bells
• Assist and / or accompany residents in getting around
• Delivering messages to the nursing staff
• In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
• Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
• Respond to all emergency situations
• While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
