Job description

Randstad is currently recruiting for a full-time Warranty and Inventory Coordinator for our client in Fergus, ON. In this role, you will serve as the essential operational link between customers, vendors, delivery drivers, and warehouse teams. You will manage end-to-end warranty processing, maintain precise ERP inventory records, and support smooth daily logistics and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
- Process and track warranty claims in internal software, communicate claim statuses with customers, coordinate returns/replacements, and resolve vendor credits
- Maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP system, conduct cycle counts, investigate variances, and monitor Min/Max inventory thresholds
- Coordinate product pickups/deliveries with drivers, track shipments, verify paperwork against physical movements, and assist warehouse teams as needed

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, supply chain management, or administration is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), with the ability to quickly learn ERP and inventory software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor when working with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Prior experience in inventory control, logistics, warranty administration, customer service or familiarity with plumbing, pumps, or water treatment products is a strong plus
