Are you mechanically inclined and looking for an opportunity in the manufacturing industry? Kal Tire is seeking Tire Retread Technicians to join our team at our new re-manufacturing facility just west of Orangeville. Full-time permanent positions are available with Evening Shifts. No rotation required. As a Tire Retread Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction. You'll be part of a team dedicated to extending the life of tires through the retreading process, reducing waste, and minimizing the environmental impact of tire disposal.Job Responsibilities:
  • Tire Preparation: Use hand tools to identify and prepare tires for repair, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Retreading Process: Train to follow established retreading procedures, including the application of new treads to worn tires.
  • Independent Work: Work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Safety Focus: Maintain a safety mindset and adhere to all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
