Job description

We are currently hiring for a manufacturing facility seeking reliable and mechanically inclined individuals to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow within a stable manufacturing environment with long-term advancement potential.

Shift Schedule:
This role operates on a rotating shift schedule, including:
• Days
• Afternoons
• Midnights

Monday to Friday schedule with flexibility required based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate manufacturing and production equipment following standard operating procedures
• Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are consistently met
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for inspections
• Complete production reports and related documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all workplace health & safety policies and procedures
• Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives
• Assist with additional production-related duties as required

Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required
