Requirements
Education : Journeyperson Certificate – Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) or Agricultural Equipment Technician (AET).
Experience : 4+ years in agriculture equipment repair or a related field. Previous John Deere agricultural equipment and product experience is an asset.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and computer‑based diagnostic tools.
People‑Focused : Team player with a friendly, professional attitude and focus on customer service.
Soft Skills : Attention to detail, strong time management, ability to work independently, and adaptability.
Physical Capability : Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs with long periods of standing and walking.
Valid Driver's License : You'll need this for travel to service calls.
