Tasks

Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of received orders and shipping them according to specifications.
Verifying the accuracy of shipping documents (labels, invoices, delivery proofs).
Participating in inventory counting and ensuring the accuracy of product inventory.
Communicating with various departments to ensure order compliance.
Inspecting, cutting, and analyzing quality according to procedures.
Collaborating with the quality department to maintain high product standards.
Assisting with employee training.
Entering data into the computer.
Acting as a substitute during supervisor vacations or absences.

Job requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks.
Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for extended periods.
1 to 2 years of experience as a team leader.
Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (an asset).
Access to a vehicle.
Very good knowledge of French.
Good computer skills (Excel / RF scanner).
Valid sit-down forklift license (an asset).
Basic knowledge of English to communicate with suppliers in Ontario (5 to 10% of the time).
