Job descriptionTechnical contribution : Actively participate in the design, development, implementation, testing, deployment and enhancement of our software platform dedicated to FINTECH. Produce high quality code that is clean, maintainable and compliant with company norms and standards. Carry out constructive and rigorous code reviews. Contribute to optimizing the performance and security of our applications. Keep up to date with new technologies, best practices and market trends, and share knowledge with the team. Propose innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of the team's work. Collaborate effectively with other team members (developers, testers, analysts, etc.) to achieve common goals. Actively participate in team meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, etc.). Communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders. Share knowledge and expertise with less experienced team members. Listen to user and customer needs. The working language is French. A perfect command of French (oral and written) is mandatory. Excellent command of programming language (.net C#, etc.). Solid knowledge of relational databases. Experience with agile methodology. Knowledge of good development practices (unit testing, continuous integration, etc.). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS ) - an asset. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - an asset. Autonomy, energy and proactivity : Ability to work independently and take initiative, results-oriented, perseverance, open to criticism and coaching.
