LE POSTE :
Notre dpartement de service est en pleine expansion et nous cherchons ajouter un Technicien de Soutien Interne notre quipe. Relevant du Directeur du Service, le Technicien de Soutien Interne jouera un rle cl en fournissant un soutien nos clients et partenaires externes pour notre gamme de refroidisseurs HVAC.
PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITS :
- Capacit tlcharger des logiciels et programmer des contrleurs
- Capacit fournir une assistance distance pour le dmarrage, la mise en service des refroidisseurs et les problmes de compresseurs
- Analyser les problmes dans les billets de service et proposer des solutions pertinentes
- Assurer un suivi et une mise jour appropris des billets ouverts dans les systmes
- Comptences interpersonnelles pour rpondre aux plaintes et aux questions des clients
- Rpondre aux appels de service et les rsoudre en temps opportun
- Capacit interprter les donnes des produits et les schmas de cblage
- Assemblage, installation et rparation de contrleurs
- Capacit travailler dans un environnement rapide et dynamique
- La capacit aider au service de tous les paliers Meg au-del de Smardt est un atout

THE ROLE :
Our service department is growing and we are looking to add an Inside Support Technician to our team. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Inside Support Technician will play a key role in providing our customers and external business partners with support on our line of HVAC Chiller units.
