Compensation & Shift Details
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience and performance)

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and Walkie forklifts to move materials.
Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage shipping, receiving, and put-away processes to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on schedule.
Inventory Accuracy: Perform regular cycle counts and audit stock to maintain precise inventory records.
General Operations & Safety: Execute general facility upkeep and manually handle materials up to 50 lbs following strict safety guidelines.

Qualifications
Certification: Valid Forklift License (Counterbalance, Reach, and/or Walkie mandatory).
Track Record: Proven commitment to safe, incident-free equipment operation.
Reliability: Strong history of excellent attendance and punctuality.
Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and handling general warehouse duties.
Availability: Flexible and open for full-time, consistent weekly shifts.
