  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, leading progress reviews, updates, and issue resolution
  • Development and management of project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
  • Close collaboration with engineering, shop floor, automation, procurement, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Proactive identification and escalation of risks, constraints, and scope changes

  • Contribution to quotation development using internal costing and estimating tools
  • Ensuring safety standards, housekeeping expectations, and company policies are upheld at all times

Travel is minimal, typically limited to occasional on-site check-ins, customer meetings tied to key milestones, or monitoring progress during installation or commissioning.

Experience

  • Senior-level project management experience within automation, industrial machinery, manufacturing systems, or engineered-to-order environments
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Comfortable balancing technical, commercial, and customer considerations in real time
  • Experience operating in deadline-driven environments where priorities can shift

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer or Project Management Professional designation considered a strong asset
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage credibly with engineers, trades, and customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Able to work independently while also motivating cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating change
