Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche d’un(e) agent(e) de méthode structure pour rejoindre notre équipe méthode configuration basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec les équipes d'ingénierie , qualité et production.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe méthode développement de programmes chargée de la définition des concepts. de la mise en place des solution de design , définition de l’outillage, intégration des lessons learned et améliorer la qualité du produit.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

• Vos défis :
• Participer à la définition de la stratégie manufacturière;
• Définir des concepts de de design avec une équipe multidisciplinaire ;
• Participer au développement des solutions de conception;
• Valider l’impact l’impact sur le temps production et cycle ;
• Approuver les solutions;
• Planifier des activités;
• Incorporer les modifications de conception;
• Signer et approuver les modifications de conception de l'ingénierie;
• Suivre le processus de gestion du changement.
• Votre profil :
• Vous détenez un DEC ou BAC spécialisé en aéronautique (construction, maintenance), en génie mécanique dans un établissement d'enseignement reconnu (CEGEP ou université) ;
• Vous avez 3 ans d'expérience en développement des programmes ;
• Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience en configuration d’aéronautique ou un domaine connexe;
• Vous avez un bon niveau de connaissance du français et de l'anglais parlé et écrit;
• Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'organisation et de planification;
• Vous êtes débrouillard, autonome et avez de bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes;
• Vous avez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien dans une équipe multidisciplinaire;
• Vous avez de l'expérience en gestion du projet;
• Vous avez des habilités à animer des sessions des ateliers du travail;
• Vous avez une maîtrise des logiciels Catia V5, SAP, la suite Google.

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Structural Methods Agent to join our Configuration Methods Team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering, quality, and production teams.

You will be part of the new program development Team, responsible for concepts and design solutions, and improving product quality.

The team's structure promotes autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

• Your boarding pass :
• You have a DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) or a Bachelor's degree specializing in aeronautics (construction, maintenance) or mechanical engineering from a recognized educational institution (CEGEP or university);
• You have 5 years of experience in aeronautical configuration or a related field;
• You have 3 years of experience in program development;
• You have a good command of spoken and written French and English;
• You have strong organizational and planning skills;
• You are resourceful, autonomous, and have good problem-solving skills;
• You have good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team;
• You have experience in project management;
• You are skilled at leading workshops and work sessions;
• You are proficient in Catia V5, SAP, and the Google Suite.
