Director / Senior Director, Commercial Transformation & Operations leads enterprise-wide commercial transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence and standardization. This role defines and implements commercial policies, establishes best-in-class commercial frameworks, leads operational readiness and ensures best-in-class processes across all markets and segments in support of our transition to a fully integrated operating company.
About The Role
In this opportunity as a Director / Senior Director, Commercial Transformation & Operations , your key responsibilities will be :
Commercial Strategy & Policy Leadership
- Define and implement commercial policies aligned with industry best practices for leading SaaS / AI companies
- Establish standardized commercial models across the enterprise, benchmarking against market leaders to maintain competitive positioning
- Launch commercial policies working with Commercial Systems, Sales Enablement and Segment teams
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure transformation success
Commercial Process Optimization & Operational readiness
