What we need :

Group Fitness Instructors will have previous teaching experience in any or all of the following genres : Bootcamp based classes, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, YOGA, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT classes.

What you’ll be doing :

Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience

Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey

Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes

Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers

Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs

Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out

Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for any updates and brand promotions

Who you are :

Outgoing and highly energetic, delivering exceptional and memorable classes

Positive, can-do attitude and passion for enriching the lives of others

Strong verbal communication skills

Exemplary customer service orientation

Your skills, education, and experience :

Maintain valid CPR / AED Certification

Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification : AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred

Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels (any or all the following genres : Bootcamp based classes, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, YOGA, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT classes)

Physical Demands :

Congruent physical ability in alignment with Group Fitness Instructor expectations
