  • Identify and pursue new market segments and growth opportunities by staying current on customer business activities, industry trends, and competitive pressures.
  • Maximize relationships with key partners and develop new business accounts and partnerships to achieve profit, volume and market share goals.
  • Provide input from sales regarding growth, competitive analysis, market trends, and business environment to support strategic planning.
  • Participate in developing processes to gather continuous client feedback and ensure excellence in customer service.

Operations, Reporting, and Brand Management

  • Manage inventory mix and asset management goals, including new and used inventory turn, aging, and protection of company assets.
  • Assist in managing branch account receivables in coordination with Credit Services and Operations leadership.
  • Conduct regular analysis of pricing effectiveness and market trends, creating actionable plans to improve sales performance.
  • Communicate brand identity internally to business units, key partners, and customers, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Plan and represent the company positively at industry trade shows, conventions, and trade organizations.

What We Look For

  • 7+ years’ direct sales experience or 3-5 years direct work experience in a sales management capacity.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
  • Confidence in decision making regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning.
  • Experience within the product line’s industry considered an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field considered an asset.
  • Must be available to travel as required.

What We Offer

  • Opportunities for advancement within a growing company that values initiative and teamwork.
  • Comprehensive benefits coverage: including health, dental and more to support your wellbeing.
