About the Team & Business Line :
The role of an Client Integration Manager involves leading projects or elements of large engagements including client integration service delivery and sales support. The Manager is responsible for managing virtual teams that assist clients in integrating the Citco services into their environment employing proper information systems resources and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential. The Manager role is part of a global onboarding team and may be required to support multiple time zones during large project.

Booking Sample Portfolios for Pitches
Request for proposal / information assistance
Direct source of information to Business Development on Vendors / Conversion / Interfaces
Project Manage / Functional Task Owner
Incoming file testing
Instruct / Extract
Internal Data Conversions
External Data Conversions
Internal System Migrations
Responsible for System Set up and Coordination with Third Parties
Control Client User setup / Permissions
Responsible for Client Reporting Data Capture and Coordination with Third Parties
Engage with Existing Clients / Vendor on Efficiency Projects
Tracking of projects progress status and deadlines
MIS Reporting
Stakeholder for Invoicing for Communications & Connectivity Charges
Team Management
Pipeline / Project / Resourcing Management
Oversight Recruitment Training and Development.
Qualifications
About You :
Degree qualified in a business or Finance related disciple
2 years of people and resource management experience
3 years of client services within the asset management industry
5-6 years in the financial services industry
Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
Proven Project Management Experience
Proven Business Analysis Experience
Working knowledge of Listed and OTC products
Must be creative and innovative with a client focus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail
A team player who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service
Middle Office experience (Desirable)
