Senior Claims Adjuster Bodily Injury
Full-Time, Permanent
Ottawa, ON OR Quebec (Remote)
SALARY+ BENEFITS FROM DAY 1
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience handing bodily injury claims.
Commercial AMF is required.
Bilingual (French and English) is required.
Overview :
Evaluate claims exposure, make informed decisions, and take appropriate actions to settle claims effectively.
Engage extensively with all stakeholders involved in the claims process to ensure resolution.
Negotiate settlements within authority, collaborating with solicitors and other parties as necessary.
Maintain compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while documenting and communicating claim activities promptly and accurately.
