Avenue Realty is in search of an organized, professional executive assistant to serve as the main point of contact for our team of agents. You do not need prior real estate experience to be considered for this role.
We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a highly driven real estate team. This is an essential role where you’ll be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, helping to support marketing efforts, and helping keep operations running smoothly.
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $60,000 salary

Responsibilities:- Manage daily schedules and appointments
- Handle communication with clients and team members
- Organize documents and maintain filing systems
- Assist with preparing marketing materials and presentations
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:- Prior experience in real estate is a bonus but not required
- 3+ years previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Conformable with using a variety of technology tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
