We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across commercial and residential properties.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial and residential properties, both interior and exterior.
Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition.
Assist with general upkeep of buildings and facilities.
Lift and transport materials and equipment weighing 50 lbs or more.
Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field, preferably in commercial or residential properties.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or within a team.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Experience with basic commercial and residential repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Any relevant safety designations or certifications are preferred.
