Wiz Plus Properties is a growing construction company specializing in custom homes and commercial tenant improvements. We are committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and take pride in the details that define a finished space. We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Carpenter to join our team.

About the Role:

You will be working on custom homes, residential renovations, and commercial tenant improvement projects. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, precise finish work and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

Install baseboards, casings, trims, doors, moldings, and other finish carpentry items
Install cabinets, shelving, hardware, and custom millwork
Read and interpret drawings and plans
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
Complete touch-ups and adjustments to ensure quality finishes
Maintain a clean and organized work site
Coordinate with team members and other trades as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
Strong finishing carpentry skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have a cell phone for communication
Own basic tools is an asset
