What you'll do:
Ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is provided and high levels of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
Assist with administering and be responsible for the sales of the Estevan Liquor Store department.
Ensure all staff adhere to merchandising standards, marketing efforts, staff appearance, and housekeeping procedures.
Responsible for ensuring proper management of assets and adherence to a maintenance schedule.
Ensure adherence to the image checklist as per facilities and equipment.
Assist with claims, invoices and all other paperwork and ensure this is done timely, accurately and meets policy and procedure.

Who you are:
You have strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills with ability to supervise staff.
1 year of experience in retail and/or customer service with supervisory and store clerk experience preferred.
You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You are willing to participate in all necessary training programs.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
