What is this position about? / En quoi consiste ce poste ?

As a Business Development & Partnerships Manager , you will be responsible for selling our IaaS & Cloud solutions. You will expand our market by strategically targeting new prospects within well-defined vertical segments and converting them into Leaseweb customers. You will manage the commercial relationship and sales process with potential clients ("new logos"), before transitioning them to our internal support team. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, energy, accountability, strong time management skills, and of course, a solid commercial and relational focus.

En tant que Gestionnaire Dév. Affaires & Partenariats , vous serez responsable de la vente de nos solutions IaaS & Cloud. Vous développerez notre marché en ciblant stratégiquement de nouveaux clients prospects dans un axe de segments de verticaux bien définies et en les transformant en clients Leaseweb. Vous prendrez en charge les relations et les transactions commerciales avec les clients potentiels (New logo) et migrerez ces clients vers notre équipe de support interne. Ce poste se caractérise par la liberté d'action, le dynamisme, le sens des responsabilités accrues, haute capacité de gestion du temps et une forte orientation commerciale et relationnelle.

Vous êtes un(e) fonceur(se) énergique, réellement orienté(e) vers le client et les résultats. Vous avez une capacité avérée à transformer des pistes en affaires en opportunités, qui se transforment finalement en un contrat signé et une relation à long terme avec Leaseweb.

We’re looking for / Nous recherchons

  • Une solide expérience en acquisition de nouveaux logos / prospection
  • Expérience de ventes de 10 années et plus
  • Solide liste de contacts incluant en premier les verticaux suivants (SAAS / Gaming & VFX / AdTech / MarTech / MSPs / AI & Bid data / e-Commerce)
  • Expérience confirmée dans l'industrie des technologies (un intérêt seul ne suffit pas)
  • IAAS et expérience Cloud bien sûr est nécessaire (une industrie connexe sera considérée si forte capacité de compréhension technologique ou en lien avec le Cloud et SAAS)
  • Une formation de niveau baccalauréat ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente
  • Agilité à travailler dans un environnement en constant changement
  • Un(e) fonceur(se), prêt(e) à fournir un effort supplémentaire pour transformer une piste en revenue
  • Capacité naturelle à établir des nouvelles relations d’affaires (new Logos)
  • Maitrise du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit), essentiels pour soutenir efficacement la relation avec les clients à travers le Canada, y compris le Québec
  • Expérience dans l’industrie IAAS & Cloud Channel Partner est un atout
  • Habilité de travailler avec SAP
  • Vous êtes légalement autorisé à travailler au Canada
  • Le poste exige la maîtrise de l\'anglais en raison de la nécessité de collaborer efficacement avec des équipes internationales et d\'accéder à des formations et ressources principalement disponibles en anglais. L\'interaction avec des collègues internationaux et la complexité des tâches requièrent cette compétence linguistique
