Who We're Looking For

We're interested in Advisors who:

• Hold an active Canadian life insurance licence (LLQP qualification).

• Have approximately 3–8 years of life insurance sales experience.

• Have an established book of clients and professional relationships.

• Have demonstrated the ability to generate business independently.

• Feel their production has plateaued or isn't growing as expected.

• Are coachable, entrepreneurial and open to new business development strategies.

• Want to increase production, expand their referral network and build a stronger practice.
