S.i. Systems boutique consulting firm is seeking a REMOTE Sr. AWS Serverless Developer (CDK / Lambda / Step Functions) to architect and deploy cloud-native infrastructure - Contract to Permanent
They are seeking a Senior AWS Serverless Developer to lead the finalization and deployment of a new AWS serverless architecture. This role focuses on cloud-native development, infrastructure modernization, and ensuring security and reliability across the platform.
Fully REMOTE - Contract or Permanent opportunity
Must be based in Canada due to data residency requirements.
Must work Pacific time zone hours of 9am - 3pm core working hours
Must Haves
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in AWS Serverless architectures including Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, Batch
- Hands-on experience with AWS CDK or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code
- Proficiency in Node.js for Lambda function development
- Experience with CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation
