What you will do :

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer / Analyst to join our team. This role combines deep data analytics expertise with a focus on helping B2B platform adoption across our business. The ideal candidate will leverage BI tools and data insights to improve decision‑making, identify opportunities for growth, and enable stronger adoption of our digital platforms.

Responsibilities :

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain optimized SQL database objects and SSRS reports.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and BI solutions.
  • Develop and update technical documentation for database and reporting systems.
  • Provide support and training to end‑users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Complete helpdesk tickets related to reporting and BI tools.
  • Partner with business units and sales teams to increase B2B adoption through targeted analytics and insights.
  • Use data to identify new opportunities for deals, clearance, and open‑box strategies to help move inventory through B2B channels.
  • Build dashboards and adoption trackers to measure customer engagement with the B2B platform.
  • Develop clear, actionable reports and guides for sales and business stakeholders to better understand how customers use the B2B portal.
  • Recommend strategies to improve customer digital engagement and optimize the end‑to‑end B2B experience.

What we are looking for :

  • Proven experience as a BI developer, analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Knowledge of data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft development tools and technologies (SQL Server 2014 and later, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio).
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to influence business outcomes and drive adoption of digital tools.
  • Familiarity with B2B eCommerce platforms and customer adoption strategies. Experience in wholesale / distribution sectors is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards (JDE), is a significant asset.
  • Analytical mind with strong problem‑solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Comfortable building guides, reports, and enablement materials for sales and business users.
  • Candidates must be bilingual in French and English (English is required as we do business across Canada and the US).
