Job description

Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring dependable Production Associates for a 6-month contract. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are committed to quality and teamwork.

Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: Montreal, QC

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently

· Assemble, inspect, and package finished products to meet quality standards

· Follow daily production schedules and meet targets

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Perform basic machine setups and troubleshoot issues

· Complete documentation and report any discrepancies to supervisors

· Adhere to all health and safety protocols

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

· Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

· Strong attention to detail and quality control

· Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
