Production Associates to support manufacturing operations for our client in Belleville, ON. This role is responsible for assisting with production processes, operating equipment, assembling products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires you to be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
- Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hour

Responsibilities: - Perform production and assembly tasks according to work instructions and quality standards
- Operate machinery, tools, or equipment safely and efficiently (training provided as required)
- Inspect finished products and components to ensure quality specifications are met
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or further processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production guidelines
- Accurately complete production documentation or data entry as required
- Assist with material handling, including moving raw materials or finished goods
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills: - Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to [e.g., 25-50 lbs] as required
- Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment
- Familiarity with quality control or inspection procedures
- Basic computer or scanner experience
- Forklift or other equipment certification is an asset (where applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime if required
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
