  • Monitor progress, quality, and efficiency across all repairs
  • Provide technical guidance and performance feedback as needed
  • Maintain strong communication between technicians, service advisors, and management
  • Oversee documentation, workflow tracking, and safety compliance
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture  Qualifications
  • Red Seal Truck & Transport Technician certification (required)
  • 3–5 years of experience in heavy truck and trailer repair
  • Previous experience as a lead hand, foreman, or supervisor preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and motivate a team in a fast-paced shop
  • Knowledge of repair processes and manufacturer standards
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract

  • Company-matched pension plan
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits
  • Three weeks’ vacation to start
  • Boot and tool allowance (no tools required for this position)
  • Bonus eligibility
  • Ongoing professional and leadership training If you’re a certified Truck & Transport Technician ready to step into a supervisory role off the tools, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.
