Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in the organization’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) function, supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis. This role partners closely with leadership across the business to provide insights, develop budgets, create dashboards, track performance metrics, and support month‑end accounting activities. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with complex data sets, financial tools, and business intelligence platforms. In addition to the core responsibilities, ad hoc projects such as support for M& A activities, obtaining non-dilutive capital and involvement in system / process enhancements should be expected.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends, and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership.
