Description

Our cleint's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation Project is reimagining the way we facilitate our core finance, order to cash, supply chain, and human resources functions.

It will provide increased opportunity to streamline, automate and align processes with leading practices through the use of modernized enterprise-class ERP technologies.

This will further enable and enhance master data management and customer relationship management enterprise capabilities.

This role is fully remote from Edmonton.

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience and proficiency in MS Project Professional Software

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working with and configuring Project Server in an enterprise environment

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working closely with business clients and business areas to plan work activities related to the project

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working on complex projects spanning multiple business areas, business processes and technical environments

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working with and coordinating work with various vendors, external third parties and project management resources to create and maintain a master program schedule

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling tasks, the ability to identify challenges to the project schedule and recommend plans to mitigate risks on schedule delay and / or to put the project back on schedule

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience in what-if scheduling analysis to provide alternative options, and the ability to assess impacts and mitigation of certain events

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with risk management, issues management and change management

Nice To Have Skills

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with facilitating project progress update gathering sessions and identifying / documenting any potential project schedule delays to the project schedule

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with consulting with project managers, project leads and technical experts to create and set up assignments, tasks and subtasks

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with preparing project progress reports

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience in meeting with and keeping all stakeholders up to date and informed of project timelines and deadlines

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with ERP solutions or implementations preferably SAP solution

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience in the stages of the System Software Development Lifecycle

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex and multi-stakeholder environments

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience working in SQL and leveraging information to answer business questions through data analysis

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience creating SSRS reports and SSIS integration packages for project reporting purposes

The proposed resource must have demonstrated experience with Jira and test tracking tools
