Responsibilities

• Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports for management.
• Analyze root causes of business problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop business presentations for senior management.
• Present product / portfolio performance at monthly senior management meetings.
• Monitor key risk indicators and develop risk reporting mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate risk assessment.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on risk assessment findings to support business growth and profitability objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing risk management processes and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in risk management to ensure compliance and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

We offer a Flexible Work Program that allows you to work three days onsite per week from our Pickering or Toronto office.
