As an Administrative Assistant, your responsabilities will include the following :
- An entry-level support position to carry out administrative tasks, with a capacity to grow into a more senior role in time.
- Support the Executive Assistant to the President in organizing meetings and events as well as assist with other tasks, as needed.
- Concur application : travel reservations and expense reports
- Electronic documentation and filing system
- Timesheet v erification
- Order supplies, create purchase requests and purchase orders and follow up on invoices
- Prepare onboarding documentation and equipment for new employees
- Manage priorities and conflicting needs; handle issues quickly, proactively and follow through on projects to completion, often with deadline pressures.
The responsibilities of this role require maturity, an attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritizing skills‚ capacity to adapt to changing environments and learn new software‚ write and communicate in both French and English, and a proactive attitude.
